the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. the breakfast provided was delicious and included in the affordable price. the room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained.
There seemed to be a shortage of staff, resulting in some employees having to double up on jobs.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was quiet and tidy. The best aspects of my stay were the good value for money, the included breakfast, and the helpful staff.
There was nothing I didn't like.

I'd like the comfort and the atmosphere, kindness of most of the staff
The heat broke during our staying. But fortunately the hotel staff provided for a new accommodation for us

It was away from any main roads so no noisy traffic. The food was great. Staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be. The room was lovely - cosy and warm during a cold winter.
When breakfast staff arrive they are not very good at talking quietly. Was woken at 6.30am by staff talking loudly, not thinking that customers would be asleep above them or near them. The hotel service guides (in the rooms) need a little updating as they have several spelling mistakes - doesn't look good. Both issues were reported on departure. Reception staff were friendly but nothing seemed 'efficient' - lack of experience perhaps, or too few staff. Hotel not keeping up with other hotels of similar rating. On check in, was taken to 2 rooms already being used. Eventually upgraded due to mix up - was nice but just doesn't look professional.

the staff was very friendly, and we appreciated that a hearty breakfast was included in the price. the hotel's strategic location made it very easy for us to get around the city and explore.
It seemed like the hotel was understaffed, with only one person performing multiple functions like managing the reception, serving meals, and running the bar.

Spacious room and plenty of hot water in the shower.
Run-down and tatty hotel, with little personality. Obviously run as a wedding hotel and get whatever they can outside of this. Bed covers ripped on one bed. We moved the bed and it was really filthy underneath.

There was no menu for breakfast, so rather confusing.

The hotel was very quiet, which was a relief after a long day of travel. The staff were also quite helpful, providing assistance when needed. The best aspects were the tidy rooms and the included breakfast, which was a nice touch. Plus, the value for money was great.
There were not enough staff members at the hotel. It was quite obvious that they were understaffed, as the receptionist had to double up as the waitress and the bartender.

Low cost, good parking, 24 hour lobby, nice clean bathroom, good shower.
TV did not work, big hole in window frame, drawers were not clean, full of sugar.

This was excellent value for money. The breakfast was good. The room clean and well appointed and an excellent bathroom especially in view of the cost. (Much, much cheaper than Travelodge etc)
My first night saw no restuarant available. While I was offered a bar snack the local area doesn't have any choice within walking distance.
